Fran is a long time Conejo Valley Resident. All three of her children are married and live close by. She is an animal lover and enjoys walking her little dog through her Thousand Oaks Neighborhood. She also enjoys keeping busy with her grandchildren Kenny and Ashley.

Her AA Degree in Telecommunications from Moorpark College help to provide Fran’s tenacity and persistence with feedback calls to agents who have shown Dave’s listings, is a vital part of Dave’s operation. Fran contacts all of the agents that preview or show his listings, getting their feedback. She then calls the seller and gives a detailed description on what the agents have reported to her. Fran notifies Dave when there is the possibility of an offer and then she helps Dave to notify everyone else that has shown an interest in the property. Usually, this helps to generate multiple offers. This is one way Dave helps the sellers to get absolute top dollar for their property.

Fran is also responsible for letting everyone in the neighborhood know about Dave’s newest listing. They may have friends or relatives that are interested in moving into the neighborhood. Fran’s friendly disposition and caring attitude help to put everyone at ease.
